All our guides speak English and Filipino (Tagalog). Many also speak the local Isnag language. We have guides who can communicate in basic Japanese, Korean, and Mandarin for international visitors. Please let us know your language preferences when booking.
How do I get to Apayao?
The most common route to Apayao is via Tuguegarao City, which has an airport with regular flights from Manila. From Tuguegarao, you can take a bus or van to Kabugao, the capital of Apayao. Alternatively, there are bus services from Manila to Apayao, though the journey takes about 12-14 hours. We can arrange transportation from Tuguegarao to Apayao for an additional fee.
What accommodations are included in multi-day tours?
Depending on the tour package, accommodations range from comfortable guesthouses and eco-lodges to homestays in tribal villages. All accommodations are clean and safe, though amenities vary.
