Investigating an Unobserved Photonic Law (Paper I of III): Holographic Boundary States from Optics to String Theory

Abstract
We establish the mathematical foundations and differential K-theory of holographic boundary states, demonstrating that Maxwell’s equations represent the effective boundary manifestation of a higher-dimensional organizing principle governed by the Atiyah–Patodi–Singer index theorem.
