Abstract
This paper synthesizes Sector-Gate and Eigenstate Dynamics for AGI into an interferometric
framework. It proposes a "Tunneling-First Principle," suggesting that optimal learning capacity
and error exponent improvement are achieved by optimizing engineered tunnel networks before
large-scale sector expansion.
