On prolonged fusion energy: Hypocoercive Closure for a Kinetic Langevin Model with Stochastic Forcing
Abstract
Motivated by the kinetic description of turbulent plasmas, we study a linear kinetic Langevin
model with collisional relaxation and stochastic forcing, presenting a robust energy method that
quantifies mixing-enhanced dissipation.
