Cohomological Electrodynamics: On the Derived Pushforward of Bulk Gauge Fields and the Photonic Continuity Principle

Abstract
This manuscript provides the rigorous sheaf-theoretic derivation of the photonic continuity law. We demonstrate that the apparent dimensional mismatch resolves when treated within the derived category of constructible sheaves.
